麻布十番に佇む、オープン一年でミシュランを獲得した「すし家翔太」。子供を預け、ランチに握り中心の圧巻おまかせコースを頂きました。殆どのネタにしっかりと仕事がされている江戸前寿司です。全てのお客さんが、寿司を口に運ぶたび目を閉じて「うーん」の連発。シャリの温度も程よく温かく酢の旨みを味わえました。大将の軽快なお話を聞きながらの大満足のランチタイムとなりました。昼夜同額13,000円(税別)のおまかせコースはリーズナブルだと思います!6月までは予約が埋まっているそう。韓国生まれの愛称翔太さんは、幼少期にマンガ翔太の寿司を見て寿司の道を志したとか。今や翔太の寿司の作家さんも太鼓判を押す寿司屋となりました。すごい!
